What we collect
- Account information you provide — name, email, and login credentials for Smart Debt Flow itself.
- Debt and financial data you enter manually or import via a read-only bank connection through Plaid.
- Usage data — how you interact with the app, used to improve it.
What we do with it
- Build your payoff plan, track progress, and power the Flow AI coach.
- Send service messages and the alerts you opt into.
- Improve reliability and features in aggregate.
What we never do
- We never sell or rent your personal or financial information.
- We never store your bank login credentials — those go directly to Plaid.
- We never move money; bank access is read-only.
Bank connections
When you link a bank, the connection is handled by Plaid with read-only access to balances and transactions. You can disconnect any institution at any time from your settings.
Your choices
- Access, correct, or delete your data from account settings, or by contacting us.
- Disconnect linked accounts whenever you like.
- Opt out of non-essential communications.
