GLBA Privacy Notice.

This notice describes how Smart Debt Flow treats your nonpublic personal financial information, consistent with the principles of the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA).

Information we collect

We collect financial information you provide directly (debts, balances, payments) and information from read-only bank connections you authorize through Plaid.

How we use it

We use your financial information solely to provide the service — building payoff plans, tracking progress, sending alerts you choose, and powering the Flow coach.

Information we share

We do not sell your nonpublic personal information. We share it only with service providers (such as Plaid for bank connectivity and our infrastructure providers) as needed to operate the service, under contractual confidentiality obligations, and where required by law.

Your right to limit sharing

Because we do not sell your information or share it for others' marketing, there is no opt-out you need to exercise to prevent that — it simply doesn't happen. You may still disconnect accounts or request deletion at any time.

How we protect it

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards: read-only bank access, encryption in transit and at rest, and credential isolation via Plaid. See our Security overview.
